CURTIS.
PAEBEOKO.
CAPTAIN STEVE.

I'm Curtis. Online, most people know me as PaEbEoKo, and in EVE I'm Captain Steve Madden. N9TH started because I was tired of searching through bookmarks, Discord messages, old notes and browser history every time I wanted the same handful of EVE resources.

I spent years gaming on console before moving deeper into PC gaming. Fortnite and Call of Duty's battle-royale era helped push that transition, and later I competed in Apex and Call of Duty through the Army Entertainment Program. Most recently I competed in Soldier Showdown Five, where I qualified into the Top 12 and finished 7th overall in the finals.

EVE became the game I kept coming back to because there is always another layer to learn: PvP, fleet command, industry, markets, logistics, fitting, navigation, intel, wormholes, nullsec politics — it never really runs out. That's also why this site is intentionally a little bit of everything instead of trying to be one giant polished product.

Most of what is here falls into three buckets: tools I personally use, guides or notes I want easy access to, and a few projects I built because I wanted something simpler or more specific. If another player gets use out of it too, that's a bonus.
